SUBJECT:	Preliminary Master Trial Docket Notice , February 2020, by the Deputy Commissioner Section

The preliminary report of workers’ compensation cases identified for docketing before the Deputy Commissioner Section in February 2020 is posted on the Industrial Commission website at http://www.ic.nc.gov//. The link to the February 2020 Preliminary Master Trial Docket can be found under "Sections" — "Deputy Commissioners" — "Master List of Cases for Docketing." The cases are listed by County/I.C. Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant

An update of the February 2020 Master Trial Docket, including cases added or removed at the request of the trial bar and cases released from mediation, will be posted on Monday, December 16, 2019. Additions will appear highlighted in green and removals will appear highlighted in red.

The February 2020 Final Master Trial Docket will post on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. The final posting will include all revisions incorporated from the preliminary postings and any further additions or removals requested. Therefore, requests for continuances, removals, additions and other changes to the February 2020 Master Trial Docket should be forwarded via email to traci.waldron@ic.nc.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Opposing counsel must be copied on all requests for changes to the trial docket.

**Please note that Form 33 withdrawal requests require that a formal Motion along with a proposed Order be filed via EDFP.**

Please do not include motions, proposed orders or other attachments in your email request. Such documents are not necessary during this stage of the docketing process.

On or before Friday, December 20, 2019, Deputy Commissioner case assignments for February 2020 Master Trial Docket will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt of trial dockets.
