SUBJECT:	November 2023 Final Master Trial Docket Notice - Deputy Commissioner Section

Effective today, the November 2023 Final Master Trial Docket for the Deputy Commissioner Section has been posted on the Industrial Commission website at http://www.ic.nc.gov//. The link to the November 2023 Final Master Trial Docket can be found under "Sections" — "Deputy Commissioners" — "Master List of Cases for Docketing." Cases are listed by County/I.C. Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant.

The November 2023 Final Master Trial Docket incorporates all additions and removals requested by the trial bar, as well as cases released from mediation, since the November 2023 Preliminary Master Trial Dockets posted on September 18, 2023 and September 21, 2023. Additions to the November 2023 Final Master Trial Docket will appear highlighted in green and removals will appear highlighted in red. An additional column noting the reason for the removal or addition is also included. Further requests for changes will be referred to the Deputy Commissioner assigned to hear the case in November 2023.

**Please note that Form 33 withdrawal requests require that a formal Motion along with a proposed Order be filed via EDFP.**

On or before Friday September 29, 2023, the Deputy Commissioners assigned to each case will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions, and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt a hearing calendar.
