How to File a Secure Leave Request
Before filing a secure leave request, please review the following rule: Rule 11 NCAC 23E .0104
Go to the NCIC Online Services Center to file a secure leave request. Please direct any questions about your secure leave request to secure.leave@ic.nc.gov.
