March 20, 2018 Industrial Commission Meeting

The Commission will convene to deliberate and vote on a proposed amendment to 04 NCAC 10A .0107 and the proposed adoption of nine rules to be cited in 04 NCAC 10M.

The meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in the Industrial Commission Hearing Room, Room 2173, on the second floor of the Dobbs Building, 430 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603. This meeting is held pursuant to Chapter 143 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Accordingly, there will be no opportunity for public comment.
