Maximum Weekly Benefit for 2013 |
The North Carolina Industrial Commission has established the maximum weekly benefit for 2013 pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §97-29. Effective January 1, 2013, the maximum weekly benefit applicable to all injuries and claims arising on and after January 1, 2013 shall be shall be eight hundred eighty-four dollars ($884.00)
