The North Carolina Industrial Commission has released its 2026 Annual Report.
The report provides an overview of the Commission’s work during Fiscal Year 2025–26, including information about the administration and adjudication of claims, mediation and dispute resolution, compliance and enforcement efforts, and services provided. This information and data highlight the breadth of the Commission’s responsibilities and reflect the work performed each year by Commission employees in service to the people of North Carolina.
