Safety Rule Filings
Safety rules to be filed with the North Carolina Industrial Commission under 11 NCAC 23A .0411 should be submitted electronically via email to safety@ic.nc.gov, if at all possible. In the alternative, safety rules may be filed by U.S. mail sent to the Industrial Commission Compliance Division, 1233 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-1233.
