What We Do

Information Specialists are available to provide unrepresented claimants, employers, and other parties with information about Industrial Commission forms, policies, and procedures.

The Information Specialists can be reached by email at infospec@ic.nc.gov, by phone at (919) 716-1700 or (800) 688-8349, or by mail at 1236 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1236.

Information Specialists are available to answer questions and provide information from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding State holidays.

Please note:  Claimants who are represented by an attorney should direct all questions to that attorney.   Additionally, Information Specialists cannot give legal advice.
