Attorney File Access Service is Now Live!
The Industrial Commission's Attorney File Access Service (AFAS) is now live. Attorneys can now securely access Commission case files online, providing a more convenient way to obtain case information and documents without separately requesting copies of each individual file.
To access AFAS, log in to the Commission’s Online Services Center and select the tile labeled [Attorney File Access]. Attorneys can access the Commission case files associated with their portal account. Authorized law firm staff may also access attorneys’ case files based on permissions established by their firm’s designated Access Manager(s).
The launch marks an important step in the Commission’s ongoing efforts to modernize its services and provide the legal community with more efficient access to Commission case files.

Access for Law Firm Staff
Law firms that have not yet designated an Access Manager should submit their Access Manager's name and contact information using the Access Manager Identification Form.
IMPORTANT: Staff access to an attorney’s case files can only be granted if the attorney also creates and maintains a portal user account. Accounts can be created through the Commission’s Online Services Center
