North Carolina Industrial Commission Commissioners' Meeting Notice and Agenda

Purpose: The Commission will convene to deliberate and transact the public business. The planned agenda is set forth below.

Agenda: 

  1. Review fiscal notes and review and approve rules for publication in the NC Register.
  2. Approve Minutes of the 11/4/2025 Commissioners' Meeting.
  3. Read into the record any Evaluations of Statements of Economic Interest that have been issued since the 11/4/2025 Commissioners' Meeting.
  4. Address any other business that may be properly brought before the Commissioners
