Mandatory Form for Certification of Payment of Compromise Settlement Agreement Fee

Effective October 1, 2009, Compromise Settlement Agreements submitted electronically shall be accompanied by the payment certification form approved by the Industrial Commission. Click here for the mandatory form (PDF file). Similar forms created by carriers, employers, or attorneys will not be accepted.

Increase in Fees for Compromise Settlement Agreements

The N.C. Industrial Commission fee for filing a Compromise Settlement Agreement will increase to $375.00, effective October 1, 2009. Click here to view the PDF file of the August 14, 2009 memo by Chair Pamela T. Young and the August 13, 2009 NCIC minutes adopting this fee increase.

Processing Fees for CSAs and Forms 21, 24, 26, and 26A

Effective October 1, 2009, the Processing Fee for Compromise Settlement Agreements, Form 21 and Form 26/26A Agreements, and Form 24 Applications Shall Be Paid When They Are Submitted to the N.C. Industrial Commission, Unless They Are Submitted Electronically (PDF file of the August 4, 2009 NCIC minutes).
