The Industrial Commission will accept written comments from November 2, 2020 through January 4, 2021. The Industrial Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed rule amendments on December 10, 2020 at 2 p.m. Out of an abundance of caution and to address protective measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the public hearing will be held via teleconference only instead of being held in person.
