Pay Later Instructions

Click Pay Later to submit documents for which you plan to electronically pay the filing fees within 10 days.

Note: Documents with filing fees uploaded using the Pay Later option will not be file-stamped as received until you have paid the invoice online. If payment has not been received within 10 days, the filing-fee documents will be discarded but may be uploaded again.

The use of Pay Later requires electronic payment via the Pay Online application at Paper checks are not accepted for these documents.

After several seconds an invoice displays and your upload is complete. The Industrial Commission keeps a copy of this invoice for its records. For your records, a copy in PDF format is sent to the email address associated with your NCID. The invoice identifies documents that were uploaded and require payment in the future as well as any non-filing-fee documents that were uploaded at the same time. Even if payment for this invoice is not received, all non-filing-fee documents listed on the invoice have been accepted at the Industrial Commission.

At this point you can choose to log out of EDFP by clicking Exit EDFP, print the online receipt by clicking Print, or upload additional documents or forms by clicking Upload More Documents.
