NC Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule Professional Codes and Fees
The North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule uses CPT® codes and modifiers in its Professional, DME, and Laboratory Fee Schedule Tables.

Rule 11 NCAC 23J .0102 contains the fee schedule for professional services in workers’ compensation cases in North Carolina and is the definitive source for fees for professional services. The Professional, DME, and Laboratory Fee Schedule Tables of the North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule interpret Rule 11 NCAC 23J .0102 and were formulated based on the requirements of this Rule using fee schedule information produced or compiled by third parties which may be subject to change.
