Uploading Documents & Forms and Paying Online
At A Later Date

The following training documentation provides information on uploading Compromise Settlement Agreements (Clinchers) and Forms 21, 24, 26 and 26A, and obtaining an e-invoice for the filing fees to be paid at a later date (within 10 days) using the online payment system available through the NC Industrial Commission’s website.

Registering for EDFP

To upload documents to the N.C. Industrial Commission via the Electronic Document  and Fee Portal (EDFP), parties must first obtain a North Carolina ID (NCID) and then register with the Industrial Commission. Click here for EDFP registration instructions.
