Thank you again for your participation in our meeting last month. Your feedback helps us to do more useful studies in North Carolina.
I wanted to clarify one item that was raised at the meeting regarding the worker outcome surveys that WCRI might conduct in North Carolina.
I had mistakenly indicated that the Industrial Commission had turned down a prior request from WCRI to conduct this study. This was not correct.
WCRI had not directly asked Chairman Lattimore to assist in conducting such a study. I recently presented this request to him and he has agreed that WCRI should conduct the study. We expect to initiate the work shortly.
I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Chairman Lattimore.
