Eric Bailey has 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, all with Liberty Mutual. He has experience in all property/casualty lines of insurance—automobile, general liability, homeowners and commercial property and workers compensation. Mr. Bailey, a native of Lillington, NC, is a 1977 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He attained his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1997. He is married to Eddie Sadler Bailey, who works for Child Care Resources in Charlotte. J.B. Howard is the President/CEO of Howard Investigations, Inc. He founded and has run this operation since October, 1984. During this time, this agency has successfully completed thousands of Worker’s Compensation investigations.

Mr. Howard retired from the North Carolina Highway Patrol as a Master Trooper.

His many accomplishments include being an Instructor at the North Carolina Highway Patrol Academy and a Guest Instructor at Gaston College, Asheville-Buncombe Technical College and the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

Mr. Howard graduated from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, NC with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and from Gaston College with an A/A in Police Science.

John McCabe is a partner in Davis & McCabe, P.A. His practice is devoted to representing people injured as the result of trucking collisions, automobile collisions, medical negligence, defective products, and on-the-job accidents.

He received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991, and graduated with honors from the Norman A. Direct professional services included assessment, rehabilitation plan development and implementation, including retraining and job placement of injured workers, work site evaluation for job modification, expert testimony, and provision of services under specific laws governing injured employees of the U.S. Government and those covered by the Worker Compensation Laws of Georgia and Florida.

1977-81 – Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, N C Division Vocational Rehabilitation.

Provided full array of professional services aimed at the rehabilitation and return to productive employment of persons with disabilities. Experienced in dealing with mental, emotional, physical and substance abuse impairments.
