1996 Supplement to N.C. Workers' Compensation--
Law and Practice Now Available

The 1996 supplement to the book North Carolina Workers' Compensation--Law and Practice by Leonard T. Jernigan, Jr., a Raleigh attorney whose practice primarily focuses on workers' compensation claims, is now available from the publisher, The Harrison Company. The supplement contains all changes and appellate court decisions since the 1995 supplement.

First published in 1988, this book is now in its second edition (1994). Its preface states that the purpose is: "...to provide a quick resource guide for those individuals caught in the maze of statutes, case law and Industrial Commission Rules. It is designed more for the novice than the expert, but can be useful to both."
