Forms On-A-Disk, Inc. of Dallas, Texas, recently published a new catalog of N.C. Industrial Commission-approved forms. "Each computerized form is a template file with appropriate macros for checking, circling, calculation, etc.," says company President Susan Parma.
She adds, "Forms On-A-Disk computerized forms are fully interactive, and information may be merged from Windows compatible databases into the forms. The use of template files reduces repetitive errors, information fits on the lines, and each form printed is a clear original."
