into effect until further notice by the Industrial Commission.
Rule 403
Manner of Payment of Compensation
(1) All payments of compensation must be made directly to the employee, dependent, guardian or personal representative entitled thereto unless otherwise ordered by the Industrial Commission. At the employee’s request, payment of compensation shall be mailed to an address specified by the employee, unless otherwise directed by the Industrial Commission.
(2) All payments of compensation must be made in strict accordance with the award issued by the Industrial Commission.
