Rule 102
Transaction of Business by the Commission
The Industrial Commission will remain in continuous session subject to
the call of the Chairman to meet as a body for the purpose of transacting
such business as may come before it.
In reviewing an Opinion and Award of a Deputy Commissioner or of a sole Commissioner acting as the hearing officer, the Full Commission may sit en banc or in panels of three.
