Thank you for the opportunity to publicly recognize you and  your reserve employees for your support of guard and reserve Americans who defend our Freedom. Your Christmas party was very enjoyable and you have a great bunch of members on your team.

Thank you also for your sacrifice on behalf of the United States of America.  Supporting valuable employees who serve in the military requires a significant sacrifice by employers.  The hardship you endure to “keep America running” by supporting your citizen-soldiers exhibits the highest degree of patriotism and makes our Nation the greatest in the world!

When the forces of evil challenge, Americans respond.  Your continued support of citizen soldiers is vital to that effort.  Many citizen soldiers across the state tell us how comforting it is to them and their families to have the kind of “home front” support that you provide to those whom you employ.  Your continued support is crucial to America’s military.

Please understand that your contribution and that of your employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve have been a key part of our Nation’s fight in the Global War on Terrorism.  You and they are critical to the efforts to make our world a safer place. 

My heartfelt thanks for what you do for America’s military, our Freedom, and our Great Nation.  May God richly bless you in your work as you help the military develop outstanding young Americans who will lead our great Nation into the future.

I look forward to meeting with you in Greensboro next month.
