Fifty-seven percent (57%) of over 2.9 million Ohio voters recently voted to repeal workers’ compensation legislation that was passed by the Ohio legislature in April, notwithstanding support for the legislation by the governor. The legislation was defeated in every county but one; and according to USA Today, the campaign was one of the most expensive in state history.
