Starting today, the December 2008 Trial Docket indicating Deputy Commissioner case assignments are posted on the Industrial Commission web site. The cases are listed by Region/I.C. File Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant and by the Deputy Commissioner Assigned.

The standard practice of the Industrial Commission is to set limited trial dockets in the more populated areas of the State during the month of December. The areas in which we plan to set trial dockets in December 2008 are listed below. Cases that appeared on the December 2008 trial docket that are not calendared will be set for hearing in January 2009.
