ALLOCATION
OF MEDIATION FEES
In the absence of a written agreement signed by the parties or a specific reference to the allocation of mediation fees in an Order by the Full Commission, the assessment of costs at the conclusion of a case does not in any way affect the allocation of mediation fees in accordance with ICMSC Rule 7(c) and any prior Orders entered in the case.
