SUBJECT:	Final List of Cases for Docketing, September 2015, by the Deputy Commissioners Section

Effective today, the September 2015 Final Master Trial Docket for the Deputy Commissioner Section has been posted on the Industrial Commission website at http://www.ic.nc.gov//. The link to the September 2015 final trial docket can be found under “Latest News” — “Breaking News & Important Announcements” — “Master List of Cases for Docketing.” The cases are listed by Region/I.C. File Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant.

The Final September 2015 Trial Docket incorporates all additions and removals requested by the trial bar, as well as cases released from mediation, since the preliminary September trial dockets posted on July 20 and July 23, 2015. Additions to the September 2015 Trial Docket appear highlighted in green, removals appear highlighted in red, and cases identified as special sets, pre-trial conferences, non-insured cases, or contempt matters are highlighted in blue. An additional column noting the reason for the removal or addition is also included. Further requests for changes will be referred to the Deputy Commissioner assigned to hear the case in September 2015.

On or about Friday, August 7, 2015, the Deputy Commissioners assigned to each case will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions, and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt of a hearing calendar.
