RE:         Final July 2006 Master Trial Docket/Advisories

We have posted the final list of cases that we intend to docket in July 2006. The final July 2006 Master docket will show all of the changes that have been made; both additions and deletions, from the tentative July 2006 Master docket that was posted on our website previously.

The link to the July 2006 list of cases is located on the front page of the website, identified as “Final Master Docket of Cases For Docketing, July 2006, by Deputy Commissioner Section” (located below the section “Bankruptcies, Liquidations and Rehabilitations”). Cases finally identified for docketing in July 2006 are posted by Region/IC File Number, Alpha Plaintiff, and Alpha Defendant.

Posting the final master docket provides counsel and parties an opportunity to verify what cases will be assigned to Deputy Commissioners for trial in July 2006. (The final docket does not contain contempt hearings.) If a case should be on the final master docket and is not listed or if a case is listed that should be removed, please this office immediately by email at gheen@ind.commerce.state.nc.us.

Our internal docketing conference is set for Tuesday, May 16, 2006. Counsel and parties should start receiving published dockets for July 2006 within a few weeks following the scheduling conference.
