SUBJECT:	Second Preliminary List of Cases for Docketing, June 2015, by the Deputy Commissioners Section

The second update of workers’ compensation cases identified for docketing before the Deputy Commissioner Section in June 2015 has been posted on the Industrial Commission website at http://www.ic.nc.gov//. The link to the June 2015 preliminary trial docket can be found under “Latest News” — “Breaking News & Important Announcements” — “Master List of Cases for Docketing.” The cases are listed by Region/I.C. File Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant. Note that requests made after 10:00 a.m. today may not be included on today’s posting, but will appear on the June 2015 Final Trial Docket scheduled to post on Monday, April 27, 2015.

Further requests for additions, removals, and other changes to the June 2015 trial docket are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015. The final June 2015 trial docket, including cases added or removed at the request of the trial bar and cases released from mediation, will be posted on Monday, April 27, 2015.

Forward requests for continuances, removals, additions, and other changes via e-mail to Sandra.Cortes@ic.nc.gov.

** Opposing counsel must be copied on all requests for changes to the trial docket. **

On or before Friday, May 1, 2015, Deputy Commissioner case assignments for June 2015 trial docket will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions, and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt of trial dockets.
