MINUTES

Rule T206 of the North Carolina Industrial Commission states in part, "... no claim shall be accepted for filing with the Industrial Commission which is not accompanied by an attorney’s check, certified check, or money order for a filing fee in an amount equal to the filing fee then currently being imposed for the filing of a civil action in the Superior Court Division of the General Court of Justice ...."

Effective February 1, 1999, the Superior Court Division increased its filing fee from $65.00 to $71.00. Accordingly, effective April 15, 1999, the Industrial Commission will increase its filing fee from $65.00 to $71.00 in order to be in compliance with Rule T206.
