SUBJECT:	March 2020 Preliminary Master Trial Docket Notice – Second Posting

The second update of workers’ compensation cases identified for docketing before the Deputy Commissioner Section in March 2020 has been posted on the Industrial Commission website at http://www.ic.nc.gov//. The link to the March 2020 Preliminary Master Trial Docket can be found under "Sections" — "Deputy Commissioners" — "Master List of Cases for Docketing." Cases are listed by County/I.C. Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant. Note that requests made after 10:00am today may not be included on today’s posting but will appear on the March 2020 Final Master Trial Docket scheduled to post on Monday, January 27, 2020.

Further requests for additions, removals and other changes to the March 2020 Master Trial Docket are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020 . The March 2020 Final Master Trial Docket, including cases added or removed at the request of the trial bar and cases released from mediation, will be posted on Monday, January 27, 2020 . Forward requests for continuances, removals and/or additions via email to traci.waldron@ic.nc.gov. Opposing counsel must be copied on all requests for changes to the trial docket.

**Please note that Form 33 withdrawal requests require that a formal Motion along with a proposed Order be filed via EDFP.**

On or before Friday, January 31, 2020 Deputy Commissioner case assignments for March 2020 Master Trial Docket will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt of trial dockets.
