Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  started  out  primarily  representing  plaintiffs  with  asbestosis  and  asbestos  related  cancers  from  asbestos  exposure.  About  five  years  ago,  I  began  representing  workers  injured  on  the  job  in  accidents  and  who  had  developed  other  occupational  diseases  such  as  carpal  tunnel  syndrome.  I  have  taken  many  cases  to  hearing  but  prefer  to  give  clients  control  over  resolution  through  the  mediation  process  if  possible.  In  my  experience,  mediation  gives  plaintiffs  the  opportunity  to  speak  about  their  experience  and  reach  a  definitive  agreement  within  a  finite  amount  of  time.  I  have  begun  representing  employers  and  insurance  carriers  in  work  compensation  cases  .
