Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience Throughout  my  30  year  legal  career,  I  have  handled  Superior  Court  civil  cases  and  workers'  compensation  cases.      During  the  early  part  of  my  career,  I  did  insurance  defense  work  and  was  a  Claims  Attorney  for  Nationwide  Insurance.    During  the  latter  years,  I  have  represented  the  plaintiff.    By  experience,  I  can  appreciate  both  sides  while  trying  to  find  a  solution  to  the  matter  at  hand.
