Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  handled  cases  before  the  Industrial  Commission  throughout  my  general  practice  of  law  in  Asheville  which  began  in  1973.    Prior  to  1983,  all  of  my  clients  were  plaintiffs.    Since  1983,  approximately  90%  of  my  clients  have  been  the  defendants,  although  my  non-workers'  compensation  practice  continues  to  be  primarily  plaintiff  oriented.    My  experience  includes  hearings  at  the  Deputy  Commissioner  level,  appeals  to  the  Full  Commission  and  appeals  to  the  Court  of  Appeals.
