Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  am  a  former  Wake  County  Assistant  district  Attorney  with  extensive  litigation  experience.    In  the  early  1990's,  I  worked  with  Leonard  Jerningan  on  worker's  compensation  cases.    Prior  to  establishing  my  private  practice,  I  was  a  litigator  in  a  personal  injury  firm.    Currently,  I  am  an  arbitrator  and  certified  mediator  in  Wake  County  and  surrounding  counties.    When  called  upon,  I  assist  Mediation,  Inc.  with  coaching/training  new  mediators.    In  addition  to  handling  criminal  and  personal  injuries  matters,  I  also  represent  the  Police-Benevolent  Association  for  Wake  County  police  officers.
