Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  mediated  Workmans'  Compensation  as  a  volunteer  for  the  Medical  Center  and  participated    in  mediations  with  other  mediators.    The  experience  that  I  bring  to  Workers'  Compensation  mediation  is  from  different  fields.    My  multi-lingual  capabilities  allow  me  to  communicate  with  all  parties  without  an  interpreter  and  convey  effectively  the  facts.    I  have  worker  as  an  interpreter  in  the  Federal  Court    as  well  as  Superior  Court,  hospitals  and  for  law  firms.    As  a  business  consultant  I  have  dealt  with  management  and  employee  conflicts  ranging  from  wages  and  schedules  to  workstation  space  and  harassment.      Available  for  interpretation  also.
