Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience While  I  have  dealt  directly  with  Workers'  Compensation  cases,  I  have  extensive  experience  with  overlapping  employment  concepts  such  as  Workers'  Compensation  retaliation  prohibited  by  the  North  Carolina  Retaliatory  Employment  Discrimination  Act  (REDA)  and  employee  discipline  and  leave  of  absence  issues  under  the  Americans  with  Disabilities  Act  (ADA)  and  Family  Medical  Leave  Act  (FMLA)  which  frequently  coincide  with  Workers'  Compensation  issues.
