Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience Since  1982,  I  have  been  an  insurance  defense  attorney  in  Charlotte,  NC.    From  1982  to  1987,  I  as  an  associate  with  Hedrick,  Eatman,  Gradner  &  Kincheloe.  From  1988  to  1993,  I  was  a  partner  with    Hedrick,  Eatman.  Since  January  1,  1994,  I  have  been  a  partner  of  Morris,  York,  Williams,  Surles  &  Barringer.  I  have  handled  over  1,000  Workers'  Compensation  cases  almost  all  for  the  defense.  I  have  represented  Insurance  carriers,  TPA's,  Self-Insured  Employers  and,  very  rarely,  Plaintiffs  all  over  the  state.  I  have  handled  every  type  of    Workers'  Compensation  case,  with  every  degree  of  exposure.  I  also  have  handled  hundreds  of  liability  claims  in  Superior,  District  and  Federal  Court,  mostly  on  the  defense  side.
