Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  been  mediating  employment  cases  since  1993,  including  many  ADA  cases  involving  workers'  compensation  issues.    I  have  been  a  practicing  attorney  in  the  area  of  employment  law  since  1981  representing  mostly  defendants:    with  Womble,  Carlyle  from  1981-1991;  Constangy,  Brooks  and  Smith  from  1993  to  1996.    I  currently  mediate  in  both  state  and  federal  courts.
