Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience My  experience  in  workers'  compensation  cases  is  strictly  as  a  mediator.    I  have  attended  13  hours  of  workers'  compensation  CLE.    Of  the  12  workers'  compensation  cases  I  have  mediated  to  date,  11  have  resulted  in  settlements.    I  currently  have  eight  workers'  compensation  cases  in  which  I  have  been  named  as  the  mediator  that  are  being  scheduled  for  mediation.
