Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  had  an  active  workers'  compensation  practice  during  my  22  years  of  practicing  law  in  NC.    I  have  also  handled  many  claimant  and  employer  cases  including  litigating  complex  workers'  compensation  cases  at  every  stage  through  the  appellate  court  level.    My  experience  also  includes  writing  and  speaking  at  CLE  Workers'  Comp.  seminars,  serving  as  a  law  clerk  to  the  NC  Supreme  Court  and  on  the  Alternatives  to  Litigation  Bar  Assn.  Comm.  in  1985  that  originally  studied  mediation  as  an  option  in  NC.      I  was  formerly  an  adjunct  professor  of  law  at  Wake  Forest  Law  School.
