Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  worked  as  counsel  for  the  plaintiff  in  several  workers'  compensation  cases  over  my  ten  years  of  practice.    I  have  done  some  informal  work  as  a  counsel  for  a  few  employers,  but  no  insurance  carriers.    I  have  mediated  approximately  fifty  cases,  fifteen  of  which  were  worker's  compensation.
