Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  served  two  years  on  the  staff  of  the  Attorney  General.    My  primary  responsibility  was  defending  the  State  in  compensation  cases.    In  39  years  of  small  town  general  practice  I  averaged  several  cases  per  year  for  employees.    These  were  usually  settled.
