Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience Since  early  1977  my  law  practice  has  consisted  primarily  of  workers'  compensation  cases,  including  a  heavy  load  of  complex  occupational  disease  and  accident  cases.    I  have  settled  and  litigated  many  hundreds  of  workers'  compensation  cases  of  all  kinds,  and  through  handling  dozens  of  cases  through  the  appellate  level,  have  explored  the  many  intricate  legal  issues.    Mediation  cases,  as  well  as  leadership  involvement  in  the  NCATL  and  the  IC  Advisory  Council,  has  enabled  me  to  develop  good  working  relationships  with  parties  on  all  sides.
