Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  been  engaged  in  full-time  practice  of  mediation  in  Superior  Court  and  Industrial  Commission  cases  since  1992.    In  addition  to  conducting  mediations,  I  am  one  of  the  principal  trainers  in  the  40  hour  course  which  is  required  for  certification  as  a  mediator,  and  have  taught  over  500  attorneys  mediation  skills.
