Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  have  handled  about  a  dozen  workers'  compensation  cases  on  behalf  of  the  employee  over  the  past  four  (4)  years.    I  am  not  actively  seeking  workers'  compensation  cases,  because  I  have  become  heavily  involved  in  mediating  workers'  comp  cases.    I  recently  updated  my  workers'  compensation  CLE  by  taking  an  additional  6.25  hours  on  March  15,  1996.    A  large  majority  of  my  mediation  work  over  the  past  three  years  has  been  in  the  workers'  compensation  area,  having  mediated  over  forty  cases.    I  routinely  read  the  advance  reports  in  Lawyer's  Weekly  concerning  workers'  comp  cases.

KEY TO MEDIATOR STATUS: An "a" indicates that the mediator is on the IC appointed list; a "c" indicates that the mediator is not on the IC appointed list but has asked to be included in the published list of mediators interested in mediating IC cases; a "sel" indicates that the mediator is not on either of these lists but has been selected by the parties to mediate IC cases previously; and a number in the status field indicates that number of hours a mediator is generally willing to travel each way to mediate IC cases without charging any additional fee for travel.
