Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience I  had  a  general  practice  of  law  and  handled  many  different  types  of  cases  including  workers'  comp.  cases.    I  represented  Plaintiffs  in  most  cases.    I  took  one  such  case  to  the  Court  of  Appeals  and  the  citation  is:    Long  vs.  Asphalt  Paving  Company,  N.C.  App.,  268  S.E.  2d.  1.    Since  mediation  has  been  applied  in  worker's  comp.  cases,  I  have  been  appointed  frequently  by  the  Commission  and  have  been  selected  by  parties  for  appointment.
