Summary  of  Workers  Comp  Experience During  the  past  35  years  I  have  successfully  represented  mostly  plaintiffs  in  my  law  practice(1962  to  1973  in  Florida  and  1974  to  1990  in  North  Carolina).    Since  1994  my  involvement  with  workers'  comp  has  been  as  a  mediator.    My  experience  to  date  has  been  more  than  sufficient  to  give  me  the  competency  to  mediate  comp  cases.
